Local Member Councils (LMCs) are small, multidisciplinary groups of ULI members that provide opportunities to connect with colleagues, share best practices and study industry trends and issues.
LMC participants must be a ULI member in good standing to serve on a member council, but not to apply.
An annual $100 participation fee will be payable if a participant is selected and decides to join a LMC. If cost is a concern, please contact us about discounts or fee waivers. This fee will cover a Local Member Council leadership training, box lunches (when in-person meetings return) and one ticket to the ULI/SA Local Member Council PechaKucha on the Patio at the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts on May 6, 2021.
